Introduction To Kundalini Yoga
The practise of Kundalini is a combination of postures, breathwork, mantra and deep focused meditation – with a heavy emphasis on the senses in particular music and sound.
Kundalini was brought to the west from India by Guru Yogi Bhajan in the 70s and was embraced by those seeking a real personal spiritual connection to themselves, their community and to the universe.
Chloe trained under Yogi Bhajan’s initial students from the 70s and 80s who now continue to share Yogi Bhajans practise and wisdom.
The practise of Kundalini’s roots are incredibly ancient and there is a purity in the practise that will fortify your existing yoga practise, the way you perceive the world and your relationship with Self.
This workshop will walk through several kriyas and mantras, giving an overall aspect of what why and how we practise Kundalini.
