`Come and let go of what no longer serves you to manifest the best of life – this will be a heart opening and healing experience
When we take conscious control of our breathing, our breath – which we take for granted – becomes a powerful medicine and tool for transformation. As well as gaining valuable breathwork practises to take into everyday life, we will feel immediate transformation for the body mind and spirit.
Once we have released, cleansed and connected deeply to ourselves through the breath we will lay back to enjoy the sound bath.
A sound bath is a meditative acoustic sound concert that washes away stress and brings you to a state of relaxation in which natural and spontaneous healing can occur.
The third element of our evening, is Ceremony. When we come together in positive intention we support and reflect the radiance or our spirits whilst creating conscious community connections.
