Under new management, Heart and Soul Yoga offers you a fun, friendly and welcoming space where you can calm your mind, strengthen your body, open your heart and soothe your soul.
Many changes are underway such as a new website, updates and improvements to the studio, as well as the addition of new classes and teachers.
